Assignment:
1. The class will rotate in small groups to practice with the wobble boards and other balance trainers. Complete the description of how to use these tools with each group of patients.
2. Choose either A or B-
A – fill out the organizer for Knee Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation
B – create a complete a complete plan for knee injury prevention using at least 10 exercises with complete instructions and pictures (your may use your drawings or pictures you take with your phone)
